Page 8 Safety first, comfort always Roman was born at Jackson Hospital on August 9, 2005, at 28 weeks and only 3 lbs. With jaundice and underdeveloped lungs, the Family Birth Center team cared for newborn Roman as their own. Now, as a 6'2" thriving high school sophomore, Roman has a 3.7 weighted GPA and helped lead his basketball team to the 2019 state championship!
