4 Jackson Hospital Mary’s Food Drive Every year, Ms. Mary’s spirit of giving is evident when she begins her annual food drive at Jackson Hospital. Her food drive benefits the Montgom- ery Area Food Bank and consistently brings in over a thousand pounds of food. In 2019, Mary’s Food Drive was able to donate 1,193 pounds of food to our friends and neigh- bors in need. Thank you to all who donated and thank you to Ms. Mary and her kind heart! We saw over 180 members of our community come out to learn more about their health and put their heart to the test. New to this year’s heart screening was the health- care vendor area where participants could gather information and speak to healthcare professionals about proper sleep and sleep apnea, diabetes management, weight loss surgery, and more!
