jackson.org 13 JACKSON HOSPITAL FOUNDATION HELPING THE RIVER REGION THRIVE Jackson Hospital Foundation partners with the River Region community to provide financial support to Jackson Hospital that enables the hospital to continue to invest in technology, fund capital projects and provide the best possible healthcare experience for all involved. Longtime Jackson employee Patrick N. Wood was recently named President of the Foundation. With over two decades of service, he has extensive experience with Foundation work. Alabama native Heather Humphrey is new to Jackson and will fill the Director’s position at the Foundation. Her background is Health Administration and Business Administration. Before joining Jackson, she worked at several managed healthcare systems and most recently sold pharmaceutical products.
