NEW TELEMETRY
MONITORS
THROUGHOUT
HOSPITAL
Jackson Hospital has
replaced its telemetry moni-
tors housewide. The project
began in December and was
completed in March. The
monitors allow admission,
discharge and transfer in-
formation, as well as patient
vitals, to be sent directly
to the electronic medical
records. The new monitors
give physicians the ability
to see patient information
remotely via iPhone or iPad,
allowing them to review and
adjust patient care quickly,
if needed.
