Our
HEARTS
are set on you
Whether it’s managing
a heart
condition or performing open-heart
surgery, the cardiac experts at Jackson
Hospital can take care of you.
With the state’s first Joint Commission-
certified center for the treatment of heart
attacks, our team goes into action provid-
ing emergency angioplasty and opening
blocked arteries within 90 minutes of
arriving at the hospital.
“That’s a national standard of care our
hospital consistently meets,” says interven-
tional cardiologist Howard Brazil, MD, of
The Jackson Clinic. “We pride ourselves
on opening blocked arteries swiftly.”
In March, a brand-new digital cardiac
catheterization laboratory will open in
the hospital’s Heart Center, expanding
angioplasty capabilities and allowing for
additional emergent and routine cardiac
and vascular procedures to be performed.
